Each year we start out making resolutions to get more exercise, eat more healthy, or possibly to be more productive, many times we go way too big and aren’t able to make good on them. 1. Do Something for Yourself EVERYDAY

When you are at work, you are either doing something for your job, for your employees, or for your superior--but generally they’re not for you. By taking time for yourself everyday and doing something that you enjoy, it gives you an opportunity to reground yourself. Whether you enjoy reading a good book, reading the news, doing yoga, exercising, meditating, writing in a journal, or going for a peaceful walk--just make sure whatever you are doing for yourself, you are actually doing for yourself because it will make a significant difference in your life. 2. Learn Something New Everyday

So much of the time, we get caught up in the same routine, going to work, coming home, going to bed, and doing the same thing over again the next day. Add a little something different to shake things up, possibly learn about the benefits of standing at work and try it out. As leader at your company, you spend much of your day talking about different problem that need solving as well as other topics. But, it’s very possible that your coworkers just want someone that will listen to them, so just listen--no need to talk.
